Revert "ANDROID: GKI: mm: add struct/enum fields for SPECULATIVE_PAGE_FAULTS" 



This reverts commit b85526df.

Reason for revert: GKI does not support SPECULATIVE_PAGE_FAULTS until they are upstreamed.
