ARM: dts: qcom: update cpu cooling map for pm6150l thermal zone for LAGOON

First cpu of each cluster only is used to represent cpu frequency
cooling device for each cluster. Use only CPU6 for cooling map
for gold cluster for pm6150l alarm sensor thermal zone for LAGOON.
