scsi: ufs: Enable RECOVERY_FROM_DL_NAC_ERRORS quirk for Hynix 



Enable UFS_DEVICE_QUIRK_RECOVERY_FROM_DL_NAC_ERRORS quirk for Hynix.
This is needed for quick recovery from DL error observed with Hynix
UFS.
