mmc: sdhci-acpi: Simplify code by using SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS 



By using the SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS when assigning the system PM
callbacks, we can remove some #ifdefs so code becomes a bit cleaner.
