ARM: dts: qcom: Update SSC PIL dt node entries

SSC PIL driver is using incorrect regulator source, update them
with the proper regulator sources and remove the flag that keeps
regulator on even after the PIL loading. Also, add the AOP qmp
mailbox entries to this node.
