ARM: dts: qcom: update cpu cooling map for pm8150 thermal zone for LITO 

First cpu of each cluster only is used to represent cpu frequency
cooling device for each cluster. Use only these cpus for cooling map
of pm8150 alarm sensor thermal zone for LITO.
