defconfig: msm: Update misc configs to align with android base

Update misc configs for bengal/scuba debug and perf defconfig to align
with android base config.
Disable CONFIG_PM_AUTOSLEEP for bengal target.
Enable CONFIG_DM_SNAPSHOT for supporting virtual A/B feature.
Disable CONFIG_CRYPTO_MD4 as MD4 is a weak cryptography
and is not used by any component.
