power: qpnp-qnovo5: Initialize QNOVO_PHASE and QNOVO_P2_TICK registers 



As per the hardware recommendation, QNOVO_PHASE and QNOVO_P2_TICK
registers needs to be initialized with zero whenever the pulse
train is enabled. Add support for it.
