crypto: testmgr - Add test vectors for AEGIS

This patch adds test vectors for the AEGIS family of AEAD algorithms
(AEGIS-128, AEGIS-128L, and AEGIS-256). The test vectors were
generated using the reference implementation from SUPERCOP (see code
comments for more details).
