drm/omapdrm: Nuke omap_framebuffer_get_next_connector()



omap_framebuffer_get_next_connector() uses plane->fb which we want to
deprecate for atomic drivers. As omap_framebuffer_get_next_connector()
is unused just nuke the entire function.
