ARM: dts: msm: add GDSC devices for KONA

Add global distributed switch controller (GDSC) device nodes for
the GDSCs managed by the application processor on KONA.

Also update UFS and SMMU devices to make use of the GDSC devices
to avoid the GDSCs turning off unexpectedly at run time.
