clk: qcom: debugcc-kona: update dbg mux data

Update the list of debug mux data with additional clocks and
the mux div val from 1 to 2. Trim xo, sleep, qdss, some ahb clocks
in an attempt to reduce the total number of parents < 256 since u8
is being used as a type to index through parents.
