ARM: dts: qcom: remove mode control from L1C and L8C regulators for Kona

PMIC PM8150A LDO regulators L1C and L8C need to stay in bypass
mode at all times so that they act as switches.  The bootloader
initializes the mode of each to bypass.  Thus, remove all mode
control capabilities from the rpmh-regulator devices for each of
these regulators to avoid overriding the default bypass mode.
