net: marvell: Allow drivers to be built with COMPILE_TEST 



All Marvell Ethernet drivers actually build fine with COMPILE_TEST with
a few warnings. We need to add a few HAS_DMA dependencies to fix linking
failures on problematic architectures like m32r.
