ARM: dts: msm: configure PMIC peripherals for use on Kona LCD CDP

Disable the PM8150A AMOLED PMIC peripheral and enable the PM8150L
LCDB and WLED PMIC peripherals for the Kona CDP board which will
utilize an LCD screen.
