ARM: dts: msm: Tune dll settings to fix eMMC data timeout

Tune dll setting for reverse clock delay in HS400 enhanced
strobe mode of sdcc to fix eMMC data timeout issue.

Values from .9nSec to 1.2nSec were tried out. And after long
testing with 1.2nSec data timeout issue was not observed.
So make reverse clock delay to 1.2nSec.
