ARM: dts: msm: update frame threshold time for lito 

Static wake up period for lito default panel is 15.79 ms.
Frame transfer time was 15.87 ms leading to janks.
Change modifies frame threshold time to 1000 which is
equivalent to 15.67 ms transfer time.
