ALSA: hda - Make Dell Vostro 1015n mic and speaker switching work 



Dell Vostro 1015n uses Conexant CX20583-10Z (0x14f1:5067). Patch is
based on "olpc-xo-1_5" branch. Dell uses digital mic.
