[ARM] 3767/1: S3C24XX: remove changelog comments from arch/arm/mach-s3c2410 



Patch from Ben Dooks

Remove the pointless changelog comments from
arch/arm/mach-s3c2410 files, as all this can
be found from the revision control system.
