defconfig: kona: Enable GLINK RPMSG drivers

Enable the RPMSG GLINK SMEM and SPSS transport to enable rpmsg glink
communication to remote processors over those transports. Also enable
the glink_probe and glink_pkt driver to support legacy glink
functionality.
