drivers/rtc/rtc-pcf2127.c: replace IS_ERR and PTR_ERR with PTR_ERR_OR_ZERO 



Fix a coccinelle error regarding usage of IS_ERR and PTR_ERR instead of
PTR_ERR_OR_ZERO.
