ARM: dts: msm: Correct power supply for vdd-dig

0.95v is the correct power supply for vdd-dig.
max and min voltage range needs to be corrected
in order to vote for S6 voltage regulator otherwise
bluetooth kernel driver will fail to vote S6 regulator
leading BT chip to turn on.
