hwmon: (fam15h_power) Add support for AMD Carrizo 



AMD Carrizo(Fam15h, M60h) processors can report power1_crit
(ProcessorPwrWatts) and power1_input (CurrPwrWatts) values.
And this patch adds support for CZ.
