USB: Add support for Sierra Wireless Aircard 595U 



This patch adds support for the newly released Aircard 595U EVDO
modem to the Sierra Wireless driver (sierra.c) in kernel 2.6.21.

I suspect that my mailer may be mangling patches so let me know and
I'll try to resend it.
