ARM: shmobile: koelsch: Do not disable CONFIG_{INOTIFY_USER,UNIX} in defconfig



CONFIG_INOTIFY_USER and CONFIG_UNIX are required for udev to function.
This change brings the koelsch defconfig into line with
other shmobile defconfigs.
