ARM: dts: msm: Update the a650 gpu ddr levels

This change removes the 100 Mhz DDR which is no longer
supported in hardware.
Also, enable the 2.7Ghz and 2.1 Ghz for gpu SVS_L1 and
enable 1.8 Ghz on ddr5.
bus-width property doesn't belong to the devicetree
so remove it.
