power: qpnp-fg-gen4: add support to store FG parameters in SDAM

Currently, parameters like cycle counters and learned capacity
are stored in FG SRAM which can get wiped out when the PMIC is
reset (e.g. S2 reset). Add support to store them in SDAM which
can retain the values upon reset.
