Input: xpad - add a few new VID/PID combinations

This adds VID/PID combinations for MadCatz, PDP and PowerA (new).

Removed Pelican 'TSZ' Wired Xbox 360 Controller since it's clashing with Edge
wireless Controller and I failed to confirm the PID.
