ARM: dts: msm: add PM8150, PM8150B, and PM8150L PMIC devices for kona

Add some peripheral devices for the SPMI slave devices under
PM8150, PM8150B, and PM8150L PMICs to support kona platforms.

Keep charger and FG devices disabled in pm8150b.dtsi as they
are not needed on RUMI platform.
