ARM: dts: msm: update the UFS spm-level for Lito

The vccq2 is an always-on regulator that cannot be turned
off during system suspend. In that case, the UFS spm-level
needs to be 3, so that the driver puts the UFS device
in sleep state and the link in hibernate state. This should
be done as per the device specification.
