clk: qcom: dispcc-kona: remove xo_clk_src, spdm and test clocks

Let's remove the groups of unused SPDM, test clocks and also remove
the xo_clk_src that is keeping a persistent vote on MMCX due to the
fact that the disp_cc_xo_clk is marked as CRITICAL.
