ARM: dts: msm: Update PAS-ID configuration for CVP PIL

CVP PIL (Position Indendent Loader) in TZ changes ID
(PAS-ID). PIL driver in kernel needs the ID as parameter
to invoke TZ PIL function to load CVP firmware.
