Pull media updates from Mauro Carvalho Chehab:
 - added support for Intersil/Techwell TW686x-based video capture cards
 - v4l PCI skeleton driver moved to samples directory
 - Documentation cleanups and improvements
 - RC: reduced the memory footprint for IR raw events
