ARM: dts: msm: Modify mnoc port names in cpas dt node for kona

Modify mnoc port names and remove camnoc bus client as camera need
not to vote on camnoc bus clients. Since camnoc axi clk runs in
camcc clock domain, camera driver directly calculates frequency, so
voting on camnoc clients is not required.
