ARM: dts: msm: Update ADC thermistors for Kona

Add conn_therm in ADC_TM and thermal_zones for PM8150b.
Change camera_flash_therm thermal_zone name to prevent
its registration failure as thermal device for PM8150l.
Remove wp_therm and add xo_therm channel, with corresponding
thermal zones.
