asoc: add PMQoS request during MMAP session pcm_prepare



Add PMQoS request during MMAP session pcm_prepare to affine to
cores 1 and 2 and also set PMQoS latency to 300 us to avoid LPM
to go to deep sleep state on these 2 cores
