ARM: dts: msm: Include clock votes for the kgsl smmu on Kona

The kgsl smmu on kona requires gcc_gpu_memnoc_gfx,
gcc_gpu_snoc_dvm_gfx and gpu_cc_ahb clocks.
Hence include the clock votes for the same.
