ARM: dts: msm: Update EMAC phy interrupt for sdxpoorwills 



GPIO84 is connected to PHY interrupt pin.
Update name for GPIO84 interrupt as phy-intr.
This pin handles PHY events like link-up/link-down/wake-on-LAN.
