usb: gadget: MIDI: Add support for SuperSpeed enumeration 



Currently MIDI function supports only upto HighSpeed
enumeration. Add descriptors for SuperSpeed mode
and bind them to enable SuperSpeed enumeration of
USB MIDI function.
