ARM: dts: msm: Set batt_id settling delay to 80MS for SDM429w



With default hardware settling time, batt_id may be read incorrectly
from RRADC on PM660 on SDM429w due to the presence of a parallel capacitor,
which increases the settling time required.
Set batt_id settling delay to maximum value of 80MS for SDM429w.
