ARM: dts: msm: remove device tree compile for SDM429 spyro EVT



Because of some conflict(this dtb involve sdm439-qrd)
in spyro project, need to remove this dtb compile,
and will reorganization these dtsi to sdm429-spyro(pure)
would not effect any other project.
