Revert "ARM: dts: msm: update to memory map v3 for QCS605"

After merging V3 memory map changes, multiple issues and
regressions were seen. Final conclusion from PM's is not
to take V3 memory map changes as of now for QCS605 target.
TZ and other components also do not have changes for memory
map V3 for this target.

This reverts commit 19206b18.
