ARM: dts: msm: Configure gpio to avoid external subsystem reset on 8953

For 8953 battery camera platform, gpio75 is used to control external
wifi subsystem. For battery camera application this GPIO should always
remain low except in the case where it needs to be explicitly set high
through software interface to reset external wifi subsystem.
