ARM: dts: msm: Remove msm8917-pmi8937.dtsi in msm8917-qrd.dtsi



Currently msm8917-qrd.dtsi is also used by board
overlay device tree. While msm8917-pmi8937.dtsi
is normally include already in main soc device tree,
it will introduce phandle incorrect issues if have new
nodes with same node name.
