ARM: dts: msm: Set COMPDISTUNE0 value to 4 for SDM439 and SDM429 



To maintain USB yield on SDM439/SDM429, COMPDISTUNE0 value needs
to be updated from default value of 3 to 4. Update the phy init
sequence accordingly.
