ARM: dts: msm: Update different DT params with dwc3 node for SDM845

This change updates below different devicetree params:
1. Remove usage of snps,nominal-elastic-buffer as it is not supported.
2. Enable LPM errata with DWC3 using snps,has-lpm-erratum param
3. Replace snps,hird_thresh using snps,hird-threshold to correctly
configure HIRD value.
