power: qpnp-linear-charger: expose a few power supply properties

Expose CHARGE_FULL, CYCLE_COUNT, VOLTAGE_MAX properties
via battery power_supply class, required by the
userspace battery framework.

Add CHARGE_CONTROL_LIMIT and CONTROL_LIMIT_MAX properties
via battery power_supply class, to enable thermal mitigation.

while at it, expose the CHARGE_FULL psy from vmbms.
