diag: Add snapshot of Diag 



This snapshot is taken as of msm-4.4 commit <e2787f510d> Merge
"ARM: dts: msm: change UFS/SDHC2 power supply for msmcobalt
interposer QRD"

Remove references to SMD and fix code style warnings and errors.
