Revert "ARM: dts: msm: Changes for p upgrade for msm8937 mtp, qrd and cdp"

Making the change in main dtsi, leads to override of version in other
msm8937 targets as well. Hence reverting the change and making the version
change in camera.dtsi files.

This reverts commit 9d8d2615.
