New options enabled:
* RUNTIME_PM
* ISL29028 (light and proximity)
* INPUT_MPU3050 (gyro)
* BATTERY_SBS
* EM3027 RTC
* INPUT_MISC (dependency)
* POWER_SUPPLY (dependency)

The IIO option seems to have been moved recently too.
